It's an ideal winch to mount at the rear of a W300 underneath the bed on the lower flanges of the frame rails using angled square washers. The angle iron mounting brackets would have to be changed to ones that fit between the frame rails. But once installed the PTO input shaft is correctly located to accept a hanger bearing supported two piece rear tail shaft from a transfer case mounted six bolt dual shaft PTO. It can pull you out of trouble if you stick your W300's nose too far into it. ;)
