Please help ID this Garage Floor Jack

I picked up this floor jack today at a yard sale for 40 bucks. Can anyone ID the make, its quite old. For sure not from Communist Red China. The sides are .500"
plate. I must weigh around 150 as it took two of us to set it in my truck without straining. The only info anywhere on the jack is stamped on the cover "303 HC". IT does slowly creep down, so a valve rebuild is needed. ID will help if parts are needed.

I have no idea the capacity, but judging on the massive build and a separate large hydraulic ram, I am sure it will lift any of my old iron with ease.

This picture is the outside view, I will follow this with a inside picture of the hydraulic area. I tried googling with my slow connection but cant find anything.
