I will back you up on that contest. ;/) surprisingly thesee brakes dont get hard to stop when wet as badly as later drum brakes. I thinnk because they are so narrow the water can escape quickly. I have been rolled in to by a bronco and a scout who could not stop from wet brkaes and I could stop just having driven through the same water.
