Install synchromesh transmission in 52 B-3-PW ?

I have a nice 52 B-3 ready for frame up restoration, I also have a 66 WM300 parts truck. Will the synchromesh transmission from the 66 fit into the 52? What year center floor pan will allow for the change in the tyranny if needed ?
