we just did one piston in a mack it was #1. the stud that is put in from the factory that the jake rides on somehow broke and the rocker let the valve kiss the piston. i we have also done a few cummins engins but we pulled it out to be able to work on #6 and a injector had caused it. i have done a dt 466 with the same problem. the injectors just keep dripping some times.often times we pull the exhaust manifold to see what one is wet. good luck . i would do the one piston.and mabey stuff some bearings in it while the pan is off.
