Our nearby Tractor Supply has a 49 dollar gadget that will supposedly open a stuck grease fitting (zerk) without removing it. You fill this cylinder with penetrating oil that has a coupling on one end for the zerk and a piston with rod on the other. You tap the piston rod with a hammer and hydraulic force is supposed to clear the passage. Sounds good.

Do they work?
