Clutch Rattle problem.

This CJ-2A came to me with this problem, But customer was working on this himself. Got tired of pulling the trans in an out. Also jumped out of second Gear. So my son pulled it out. Found pilot bushing shot, trans in need of a overhaul. Also transfer case the same. He had tried 2 pressure plates. Found the front trans bearing very worn. So with all this we thought it was fixed. New clutch parts all looked good.You get this rattle when you push the clutch in only at higher RPMs at Idle she is quiet and normal. Shifts fine trans is quiet. Push the clutch in and OK but rev the RPMs up and rattle away??? Very strange? Any ideas before we take it back out again. Bill
