After listing some items on Craigs list, I've been getting a lot of scam emails.
They used to be the kind where they send you a check for too much money and ask for a refund.
But lately, I've been getting scam email where they ask for my Paypal email address to (supposedly) send the money.
I thought that I would be protected if the scammers sent the money through Paypal since Paypal handles the transaction. Evidently, the scammers have figured out a way to work through Paypal. Does anybody know how the scammers are working it?
Does Paypal come after you if the transaction go awry?
