I thought about a wear sleeve until I realized that the sleeve wouldn't fit through the bushing.

I'm glad that Metal Man brought up epoxy. My little voice was saying "J.B. Weld" but I was a little hesitant to answer. I think I'll give it a shot. The worst thing that could happen would be another rebuild....
