M-37 definitely, 715s were built for midgets!
Mine has a 318, 12 volt system, tilt steering, and will soon have a brake booster. Never met a trailer it couldn't pull with 11x37 tires, and still looking to find the immovable object. Sure hope you got megabucks for gas though.
