HELP! contaminated cylinder!!

Boy did I screw up.....While trying to remove a sparkplug from an old power wagon,I just bought,thats been left in the rain without a hood for 3 years, I cracked the porcelain insulator on the plug and some of the fragments fell into another cylinder which already had the plug removed.

Whats the easiest way to remove these fragments???
