Good advice. I'd crack the drain plug and see if more than a little water comes out. Change the oil if it looks horrendous. I like a couple of tablespoons of Marvel Mystery oil in each cylinder. Disconnect the old fuel line at the carb. Turn it over by hand a bit. You can tell a lot doing that. If that goes well try a brief start. You may need new plugs. Hook up a good battery. A little gas in the air horn and see if she coughs. Watch for oil pressure. If all that works attach a temporary gravity fed fuel supply and see if she'll run.
