Jerry. I guess a better question would have been 'how did you install them'. If I remember, you used 3" or 4" channel iron for the perimeter. Did you cut the top of the channel, set them in, and use the inside channel wall itself for the fourth side, or are they totally inboard of the channel? It's hard to tell from the photo.
About shoulders....I'm 66 years old. Lifes endeavors have also left me with bum shoulders. One kind of got better, in time, on it's own. Not great. On the other I had rotator cuff surgery that was less than sucessful. Amazing...ball players have shoulder surgery and the next year they're pitching again at 90 MPH. I can't pitch overhand to my 11 year old grandson..."Pop-Pop, why are you throwing under-hand?"
