See the attached photo although it will likely be small. Still having a hard time posting from Picasa.

I've tested the wires again and both are hot. My question is what is the small post below with the nut on it? Is that the loudness adjustment?

In looking at the diagram you posted, I take it that the right side post with green wire should be grounded to the firewall and the other goes to the horn.
