Will do you seal after prime or before? What does the sealer do? The epoxy primer I used on the frame seams to be what I would call dirty? Sands easy but has what I would describe as "fur" on the surface after priming Anyway I would think sanding would be required between primer and Top coat but maybe I have the wrong primer? Duane
