Dave I have worked on a number of trucks that have the same style parking brake as the Power Wagon. Had many apart for service and have never seen that as you describe. Ask yourself this. 1 what kind of noise are you going to get as you are stopped and pull the brake on. 2 grabbing effect ether its on or off. SO the only thing i could think of is its a typo or its just under the wrong heading. I would see that in brake shoes not for parking brake. Good Luck and the pumps are safe. The Dodge Boys.
