Dor Glass Installation, before or after hanging the doors?

OK, the doors are painted, and I need to get new glass cut. Now once I have the glass, should I install it before I hang the doors, or after?

Figured it would be easier with the door flat on a bench, but don't want to mar the door's paint either. So was wondering if it's better to do it with the doors hung?
