does not look like a pto to me rather direct drive(air compressor)from the tc thru whatever aparatus that is on to the pumpkin

notice the diff style yoke coming out of the tc

maybe for an aircompressors to paint or fill tires or whatever

air brakes for the ff maybe, check out this system for air brakes, wonder if you can still do this???

air horn to blow pesky sunday drivers out of the way so the ff can pass them!!!!???
