Must understand fuel system. OK if you by passed fuel tank and line with boat tank. And you still have problem. That tells me that problem is fuel pump, small rubber fuel line on pump or Carb. SO if I tell you to gap you vacuum gauge to check the pump do you know what to do?? Bill.
