You might check the hose between the pump and hard line. These have a tendency to collapse internally from the new fuel. If you have not replaced it, you may consider that. If you have any other rubber lines between the tank and the pump, they may also be suspect. If you have an in-tank filter, you might try removing it and see if that also corrects the problem. Sometimes sitting will allow enough fuel to seep thru until you consume more than it can allow to pass.
