I ran across this Korean War WC PW photo in:
Pictorial history of the Korean War. 1951. Veterans
Historical Book Service. J. Cassino, editor.

Thought forum readers would like it. The caption states:

A bullet riddled American ambulance bears visible proof of
the regard accorded the Red Cross emblem. Despite its
badly battered appearance, it was still being used to move
the wounded.
