PW Flathead Smog Emissions

Anyone ever had their (PW/M37) 230c.i. engine smog tested? I am very curious what the results would be for a stock (good running condition) flathead 6 compared against todays engine standards? I saw a post a couple of years ago from a guy who tested his model A and passed with flying colors! Anyone have this equipment and can run the tests and post the results? Thanks!
