Should I Replace Engine??

I found an add in my paper today. They were selling a 78' Magnum 318. I was wondering if i should pull my 72' 440 out and save it for a car. Should I keep the original engine size in this beast if im going to sell it? Or would it be better if it was a more economical engine?
