I haul crushed cars part time. In WA I have to have a list of every VIN on my load. OR doesn't have that requirement.
Rick and I moved our equipment to a yard near Eugene, OR a couple years ago. After we get the loader off and Rick is crushing I like to check things out since it usually takes a while to get a load and sometimes I can get something out of the pile I can use. =)
This time I spy two (2) Sweptline crew cab 4x4's, with big knuckle front axles, in the very front of the crush pile. I get a chance to head in to talk with the yard owner but by the time we came back out Rick had already smashed 'em. Good thing he's my bud or he might have heard about it since he KNOWS I am always looking for Swepty's. He kept one out for a couple days at least once before it got crushed so I couldn't be too upset.
