I haven't been working very much since we have a couple grand kids we have taken custody of. The little guy is only 2 so you know who is taking care of him since my wife has a real job.
I did work 4 days several weeks ago right in PDX and noticed one of the yards near Schnitzer was paying 260 per ton for complete cars. I had occasion to go by there a couple days ago and the sign said 275 so it must have gone up. Not sure what Schnitzer is paying the bigger outfits now. Normally it seems to go down this time of year but like everything else it just depends on demand.
