I doubt a knuckle could cause what you describe as a serious wobble. I would think more of a bent wheel, serious wheel bearing issues, Serious tire balance issues.
May I suggest you find a way to lift the weight of the front. Then with a bar, try to move various parts of the front axle/steering and see if you get movement where you shodl not see movement.
Lets not yet totally throw out the knuckle issues. I have NEVER seen a good knuckle on a used Power Wagon. They all have taken a serious beating and need a total rebuild.
While its very unlikly, it is possible you have a broken trunion pin in the knuckle. This could cause a wobble. If the trunion pin is broken or the weld broken, Your first in line to loose the complete knuckle/wheel, in a life altering split second moment. (I DO DOUBT THIS IS THE PROBLEM, BUT IT NEEDS TO BE
CHECKED) The only way to find a trunion pin problem is to open the knuckle. Its not a black Box. Click on my links below for the pictorials, scroll down to album 9, Knuckle Rebuild.
Hollar if we can be of any more help
