That is exacty what it is Matt, a flat six will run rich with a cold manifold and will cause problems with drivablity, fouled plugs, excess carbon buildup. it takes about 15to20 min. of driving to get the manifold completly up to temp to run smooth. about 10 min. for the engine and another 10 for the manifold depending on ambeient temp.
