Looks like a WC 3/4 ton dash, small quantity production cowl, if not a KD 64, then one of the late workshop or telephone trucks, maybe Boyertown Ambulance ?

Last guess, maybe a cowl made specially for a 3/4 ton 12 volt Weapon Carrier?
