The yard owner gave me the standard line "oh ya, we had some of that old stuff, it got crushed a couple years ago"
Oh well, at least they kept this old beast around.
It was better than the previous two yards, all they had was one 66 D100 between them for pre 1971 Dodge trucks.
I gave it to you as you started out your reply with the WC-64, as they say your first guess is often the correct answer.
I can't even find the 4250 code in my books, only the command car site mentions it at all though just as a possible number.
