Amen to that. I went overboard on outlets as I knew from the past, sometimes you might change positions of stuff. Outlets are cheap compared to most other stuff. I put over 40 110's and I think around 10 220's.
When we built our shop where I used to work we had a full length work bench along one side. We ran fluorescents end to end above it. We also added another 8 ft fixture and suspended it on a wire with eye screws and a retactable power cord. We had double lighting where ever needed and it was like an operating room.
