Wood blocks on both front corners.
Thin rubber on rear.
Left front bolted solid with 5/8 bolt
The other front(right) and both rears use the 1/2 bolt,spring,washer,nut,cotter pin.
Also shim between the wood and frame mount as necessary.
Hopefully someone will have a picture.
