Carryall /pickup mounting block question

I know the front mounts are 1.5 inch thick white oak but what went under the rear mounts on a pickup cab and what went under all the mounts on the carryall ?
My Carryall had the oak blocks under the front mounts and some webbing under the middle mounts and about I/4 thick pads under the rear most mounts . There are four cross members in the carryall . On my truck 2 had webbing and 2 did not .
So I need some idea as to what went where . Basically I am installing new cross members but I want a reference point , so that the body and doors will fit without a zillion shims .
