I cant answer the question on OEM mounting. My Carryall did not have floor or cross members, all rusted away. I used 2x2x.250" tube for cross members and 1.0" neoprene pads between the body and tube. But this is not stock and most likely the 1.0" pads will not be right with OEM mounting.
