Hitch Setup

I'm trying to figure out a way to put a hitch on my '65 WM300. There is no pintle currently, just the 4 bolt holes. I would go with a pintle/ball hookup but I have a trailer that is 2 5/16" and another that is 1 7/8"...I've also had to use 2" ball before...I have all the receiving arms with those size balls...is there a way to put a 2" square receiver under the truck to use these and still look ok? Any ideas would be appreciated.
