Todd has the hot ticket. I fabricated a 2" square ID receiver hitch bracket that bolts into the 4 holes in the flat, center bottom of the rear cross member. Buy a 12 inch long prefab 2" ID:2-1/2" OD square receiver tube at an RV supply store or wherever. Buy a 6-1/2 inch long piece of identical sized 2" ID:2-1/2" OD square tubing stock. Buy two 6-1/2" long pieces of 3" x 5" angle iron. Built it upside down by: (i) placing the 6-1/2" long square tube on table, (ii) place one angle iron on each side with the 3" leg on the table and the 5" leg pointing up, (iii) place the receiver tube one top with the pin holes on each side. Position the receiver tube forward or back to where you have enough room to get the receiver hitch pin in and out comfortable. I left perhaps 1" of the receiver tube out the rear end and 4-1/2 inches out the front. Clamp it together and place in under the rear crossmember to make sure the assembly fits well. Once you have it properly adjusted, weld it all together at every joint, side and edge. Drill 4 large holes in the 3" leg of the angle irons to match the 4 holes in the bottom of your PW rear crossmember and bolt it on. It looks sharp, works well, is low enough so you can also install AND OPERATE a pintle hook, and does not permanently scar your PW. It can be removed by unbolting 4 bolts yet is rock solid when installed. Have fun!
