What kind of truck is this?

I was following a tip from someone at work. He told me there were two PWs east of Albuquerque in the yard of a well drilling business. I didn't find the PWs (or the well driller) but I found this truck during my adventure.

When I first saw it through the trees I thought it was a 1/2 ton command car, but as I got closer I realized it wasn't. No one was home so I couldn't get a close inspection.

What is it?
