I've bought and sold a few of those types of clocks. Usually made by watch companies- Bulova, Hamilton, etc.
They were used in all kinds of vehicles- air planes, tanks, and luxury cars. So would be appropriate to fill some of the excess holes in our truck dashes.
I've seen some mounted to plaques for use as desk clocks too.
