Paul, hang in there, I konw it's tough but you can do it. I quit 20 years ago and don't miss it and don't want it. My wife just quit 6 mos ago after 35 years, she is hanging in there by eating instead, I think I'm taking the brunt of it all but I'm very glad she quit and I'm happy to hear you kicked the habit too, cigarettes kill!, hey and it seems no one smokes anymore, if you do you're an outcast.
