All WWII trucks had 6V blackout drive lights no matter what voltage the vehicle was. No 12V bulbs were available in that configuration. The M series vehicles did have a 12V blackout drive bulb, but it was only used on a couple of vehicles that were made for export only. The US did not use any 12V bulbs.
