There is an opening in the top of the shroud for the fan blade wrench. Simply loose/remove the belt, slip wrench down to the bolt heads, push fan blade to break the bolt loose, and pump the wrench up and down. Fan spins while bolts unscrew. A piece of tape across front side of wrench might keep the bolt heads from sticking through the wrench and marring the fins. Take care on the last bolt that the fan don't get loose- the fan could hit the s hit!
Or tack a cut off box wrench to the end of some steel. Mine has a screwdriver handle on the end. Might have to push the hood over a bit more than usual for access to the slot in the shroud.
