Need info about M105A2 cargo trailer

I met a fellow who bought a couple of these 1 1/2 ton cargo trailers in excellent shape.I asked about buying one which he finally said he'd let go for $500. Is this a high or low price for this type trailer or what military site might have some for sale to compare it to for price and condition. Is there anything I should I know about theses trailers, good or bad ?
