FFPW Rear Shocks on eBay

There is a pair of FFPW rear shocks and brackets for sale on eBay. The starting bid is $100, but there have been no bids with less than two days to go.

I remember a similar pair of shocks and brackets going for over $400 a few year ago. Why no bids on these shocks? Are people just waiting until the end to bid? Or, is there something about these that makes them undesirable other than the non-original shocks. I would have thought most of the value was in the brackets.
