Stupid rear end question...

Pardon my ignorance, I am trying to remember which year and what vehicles I can use a centered rear pumpkin for my '46 Power Wagon. I want to say the WC series trucks?? Any leads on this pink unicorn?

Also here's a thought, would it be feasible to rebuild/restore the offset pumpkin and trade for the centered?
