In my teen years, in the '60s, brodie knobs were popular. You could crank the wheel at high speed and get the car spinning in circles. It's unlikely you will ever get the PW going fast enough to do that. And I would hope that most law enforcement dudes would realize that. Unless you get some "letter of the law" rookie that wants to make up for being born a jerk. There are a few of those around.
