Mine is a Caterpillar piece been running it for almost 4yrs. That and power steer makes it a blast to drive. The only drawback I see is that it's yellow. Don't know about the legality of it but I've been pulled over for other infractions (all equipment or non-moving violations)(I think they just wanted to look at the truck) and none of the officers ever said anything about it before.
