Carb on ebay

There is a carb listed on ebay that appears to be a PW carb but based on the carbs that I have seen this one has the governor adjust facing forward, the choke linkage on the front of the horn and the fuel inlet coming in over the cylinder head. Is this a PW carb or is it possible that it was assembled after reman improperly? I need a carb for my 1947 WDX,but not sure if this one will work.
