I am not too sure about the air cleaner mounting, but that is a Dodge style carb. Same one i have on my WC Dodge 1/2 ton militarys.
the fuel line comes in over the engine, the choke is in the fron of the carb. and the throttle liknage is on the pass side.
My 1946 Power wagon has a different type carter. It has the same style carb as the M37 or late WWII WC 3/4 ton trucks.
I would pass on it
