flat head longevity

The fellow that rebuilt my 230 way back when said they were good for 50000 to 100000 miles before rebuild depending on use. He was a machinist at Austin Machine and Grinding. He also was a mechanic in the reserves and thatīs where he learned how to rebuild the diffs. etc. on m37s.

However folks on this forum only give em about 25000.
