I worked about 5 years in the classic and exotic car business as a mechanic and salesman. about 10 % o f the cars came in with optimas. Most would never start. they cant be charged it seems by a traditional style battery charger. they are expensive. the no leak factor is nice but I have never observed any superior performance from them. I get recon batteries in any automotive size and power for less than 30 bucks each from INterstae Batteries and have been doing that since the 80s in my personal vehicles and customers vehicles if they so desired. I have never had to replace one. the longest I ran one was in my WC52 for 8 years and it still worked great when I sold the truck and sat for up to 6 months at a time then was driven daily for about 4 years plus.
