You are speaking of a very complicated process for home heating. Re-entering steam back into the cylce requires process and temp controls which are usually above the expertise of garage mechanics.
When using steam for heating purposes the highest number of BTU's are during condensation when steam gives up its latent heat. It would return to the cycle as condensate liquid requiring a simple trap.
Even a small 15 psi steam generator for a steam room requires water treatment for the removal of minerals. If not even a low temp/pressure boier will scale up.
